The Campaign
This year, we are celebrating joy and well-being together.
We will be distributing smiley rings with uplifting messages shared by people from all over the world, and creating a collaborative poster with art and words related to happiness and well-being.
Our mission is to inspire and empower people to prioritize happiness and well-being, every single day. We believe we can and need to build a culture of positive change and resilience beyond borders.
The Day of Happiness
The International Day of Happiness is celebrated every year on March 20th.
The day has been celebrated globally since 2013. It was inspired by Bhutan's recognition of people's happiness as more important than the country's gross national product.
The aim is to promote happiness as a fundamental human goal and recognise the importance of emotional well-being in fostering a healthier, more equitable world.
